The title track was written to support Pulmonary Rehabilitation Week (15th-21st June 2020).

Aside from stopping smoking, pulmonary rehabilitation is the leading treatment option for people with long term breathing problems such as COPD (the 3rd leading cause of death worldwide, and estimated to affect 3 million people in the UK alone). There are limited places on courses around the UK and in some areas there isn't even a course available. We wrote this song to raise awareness of pulmonary rehabilitation for those who suffer with breathing problems, and for GPs and commissioners who pay for the provision of such services. If you have problems or concerns about your breathing, go and see your GP and ask about attending a local pulmonary rehabilitation program. If you want to help, share the message, and if you can afford to, pay to download the EP - all money made will go to the British Lung Foundation.
